‘EO Stories 2021’ Award Winner

Tomlinson Ltd is very proud to have won an award this year! An employee owned company since 2017, Tomlinson took part in ‘EO Stories 2021’ - a competition run by the Employee Ownership Association inviting EO companies to ‘celebrate how being employee owned has supported their business during challenging times’.

Tomlinson’s article - ’Crisis, Culture and Cohesion’ - focused on the invaluable role played by the company’s passionate and dedicated co-owners in response to the first UK lockdown in March 2020. Selected as a ‘story of business resilience’, Tomlinson Ltd are delighted to have been recognised and rewarded by the EOA for their positive attitudes and actions in unprecedented circumstances.
