In the summer of 2017, Tomlinson Ltd became a 100% Employee Owned Company

Tomlinson’s have long-boasted a reputation for our first-rate products and excellent staff-retention rates, the move to Employee Ownership has served to reinforce our business even further.

In 2021 Tomlinson Ltd was recognised by the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) for our cohesive response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our article, “Crisis, Culture, Cohesion & the Bottom Line”, was selected as a ‘story of business resilience’ and our resulting EOA award is prominently displayed here at our premises.
